    Since you said you were getting ready to tackle your countertops, I thought I’d better hurry up and post pictures of mine.

    These are out of a 1997 Bounder. I’ve done quite a few functional projects, and a couple just for cosmetics. I used a Giani granite paint kit for the countertops, and you can also see a faux tile backsplash I added in the kitchen.

    2nd layer (plus I had a flash of insight to move it to my garage)

    3rd Layer and I tried my hand at adding veins, though my wife thought they were cracks.

    That looks fantastic! I love the back splash, too! I see your Bounder is almost identical in layout and even cabinets and hardware as mine.

    Very cool, thanks for sharing! Stay tuned I’m in the middle of doing my counters right now.
