Ellacoya State RV park,, Gilford, NH

I spent a beautiful 3 day stay at this state park here in NH. It’s located right on the largest lake in NH, Lake Winnipesaukee Pronounced: (win a pe saukee). Beautiful view with mountains in the background. Staff is very nice and helpful. Nice beach area. Just up the road a couple of miles is an area called the Weirs. There’s a beach on the lake there and a street with arcades. In June the famous “Laconia bike week” happens here. Attracts bikers from around the world.Staying at Ellacoya puts you within an hour or so driving right to the middle of the White mountains where there’s always much to do and see.
