New to the rv world. I and currently working on a very neglected 1984 26′ cobra class c rv. Everything that could be wrong with it is, from water damage to things not working.

I am in the process of repairing, replacing, remodeling it to bring it back to life.

The cobra rvs were very expensive back in there day, and what I cant understand is why the previous owners would do nothing to maintain it inside or out at all over the years ?.

Everything that I have to fix or replace is from neglect by lazy owners.
    Its a fun project though.

Well, regardless of why they neglected it, sounds like you’re lucky to have it. They must have been expensive for some reason, hopefully because of quality.

I personally like being able to fix things up so to me it sounds pretty exciting what you’ve got your hands in right now.

Best of luck with your restorations and happy trails!
