Hi All..so I am not yet a full time RVer, still stuck in San Diego in the corporate world, but starting to set things in motion to break out and explore the full time RV world. I currently travel in my RV for vacation so have some experience pulling into campgrounds and RV parks on the way home or to my destinations. I guess my question would be how do you choose an RV park that you plan on staying in for an extended period of time (say 6 to 8 months). I hope I don’t come off as snooty or arrogant, but my biggest concern would be safety. Throughout my “lay over” stays at some RV parks, I have experienced some campgrounds/people that I would not want to be my neighbor for an extended period of time. I guess you can say some people seemed not so morally sufficient. Again I totally understand people have different outlooks, values and different ways of living their lives, so I don’t want to sound like I am better than anyone else. Setting up your RV once in a campground is a bit of work so it would be unfortunate if you had to spend a ton of time just looking for a campground that would fit your wants and needs. Pippi, or anyone else, do you have a strategy when looking for a new locations? I use Google Earth a lot for a visual but that doesn’t always tell a true story. Thanks for the input…and Pippi, love your videos…please keep them coming.
