How to configure batteries

Hi
I’m very new to RV’ing and hope to get some insights here

I’ve just bought my first RV and am currently running either shore-power or generator. This works well but I want to go off grid more and more
I want to setup a battery bank and eventually solar power (but initially using a generator to recharge)

I have 4 x flooded 12volt deep cycle batteries which I want to run in parallel to keep the voltage at 12 – they are going to be connected to an inverter which will go into a transfer switch (along with the shore/generator power cable) to power appliances

My question is: how do I configure my parallel batteries for charging with a separate battery charger? I would rather not have to pull the batteries out to rewire them just for recharging

So how do I connect an external battery charger to my parallel battery bank?
