looking for change

So! I am 49 yrs old and am medically retired. I’m on a fixed budget of only $3,500 take home a month and med., dental and vision.
The big question is will I be able to afford to go full time in an RV?
Right now I live in Portland, Or. with my daughter, where I pay 1,800 a mo. plus utilities. When she moves out next year I would like to get my RV, stick around in an RV park till i’m sure she is good, then off into the wild.
So, any insights and/or tips would be graciously accepted.
