Hi Pippi! I’m so glad to be connected through your website! I have been enjoying your YouTube videos, and just have to say how impressed I am with you in general! What a go-getter you are, and kudos to you parents for their part in helping you become the delightful person that you are! I live in Shady Shores, just up I-35E a couple of miles from Lake Dallas. I am a semi-retired Petroleum Engineer and am starting my own business doing “fix and flip” projects, and hopefully at some point, new construction of barndominiums. Like you, I was raised to be a DIY-er, and the advent of YouTube has made this much easier. Thanks for your positive contribution to life in America, and please keep on doing what you do so well! Please give me a shout whenever you are in the area, especially if you need help of any kind!!
