Hey All: Once of our future projects (as soon as the snow melts) is for us to remove our overhead bunk window and replace all the seals and apply more caulking. We had a couple leaks in it since we bought it and can’t seem to find exactly where it is leaking in from so we decided we will just remove the whole thing and redo it.

If that stops the leaks then we will overhaul the overhead bunk area. We don’t need the bed and have already taken slide and mattress out and stored them so we are left with some bare wood and some minor water damage showing. We would like to add some storage up there but make it easy to remove if we needed to add the bed back in.

Thinking about some of that laminate flooring to lay on top to make it look better.

Anyone ever remodel or rebuild their overhead on a Class C? Any design tips or other suggestions.

    Thanks!
    J&J
