I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your great videos!!!
my friend showed me today, and Ive been glued to the screen !!! We both love them, and Pippi and her upbeat, positive style.
in 2008 I bought a nice Ford van, and made a van conversion, that was comfortable for 1 person and a bike !
I drove from Montery to Quebec city, averaging about 100 miles a day.
The slow pace allowed a relaxing tour, with detours, week long stay overs..
I spent 9 months , but stayed 4 months at a secret paradise I can only reveal to Pippi !!! sorry,,but it has to stay pristine.
My advice, touring is expensive,, have a cushion,,equal to what it would cost to walk away from the RV or van. or repair it. Then you can handle anything.
If your broke drive minimally, and eat in ! stay around friends, because you cant afford repairs, try to have a back up plan or friends, cause vehicles need constant maintenance, especially if your full time. Peace, Drive safe.

Great input Scott! It is expensive being on the road and there’s a lot of maintenance required.

Are you planning on any other long trips?
