Hi all,
I am a very young 60 something divorced man. nearer the end than the beginning. I’m not waiting for “it” to come to me, I’m headed out looking for “it”. I have always loved to travel and experience things that are new and sometimes make me feel a bit uncomfortable. I am retired from the US Army (21 years). I love adventure. That’s why I purchased my motor-home. It’s been a life long dream. I’m heading out on the road in three weeks and am so very excited to join the likes of Pippi who has been instrumental in my quest and she doesn’t even know it. I am an avid motorcyclist and work part time during the summer teaching folks to ride. So being that I’m only partially retired I cannot claim to be a full timer. I consider myself a part=time full timer. If that makes sense. I would love to meet many of you out there on the road and develop many life-long friendships. Thanks for listening to me.

UPDATE:
Well I did it. I left home (NH) last October 2015 and returned home in March 2016. It was a good test for my first run. I drove about 10,000 miles. Stayed in a couple of places in Texas and numerous places in Florida. The last month on this adventure I stayed in Key West. So relaxing. I learned a great deal about RVing and many do’s and don’ts along the way. Can’t wait to head out this year.
