Hello, I am looking to buy an Rv for fulltime living for my family and I. Any thoughts on what size RV would be best?

What are the important criteria for you and your wife? Do you want to travel often or stay put? If you plan to travel, do you prefer the wilderness or are you more city folk? Do you need luxury or are you fine with roughing it?

    and so on and on…

I’d totally recommend slide outs, too for the extra space and walkways. Like Roger said, there’re a lot of personal preferences to take into account. I would say the bigger the better, but maybe you all like being in a couple feet of proximity on a regular basis. You might consider 30 ft or even 34 ft a minimum. Best of luck!

The only problem with going bigger is it will limit the places you can go, and of course you have to drive that beast, so keep that in mind. I have a family of 3, plus the 2 older kids on occasion making us a family of 5 for short stints. We get along in a 31 foot 89 Bounder, but it’s a bit of a crunch past 4 people. I have been eyeballing the newer Fleetwood Bounder classics that have bunks in them. Anyhow, good luck!
