Thank you for the excellent reply. Everything you said makes good sense, and I appreciate the heads up on the refrigerator load. I’ve got to gather some more specifics on how much power stuff will use.

I definitely agree about four batteries or more being a good idea. The added weight is a small price to pay to be able to have a lot of storage ability. I saw a vid recently where the owner had six batteries hooked up. So a very solar existence can be done with a bit of planning and hard work.
