I have a 1988 Fleetwood Southwind that i live in full time i have not had any problems finding a spot or a RV park like KOA or other camping sights. The Parks i have talked to look at your Rv and see if its in good shape and is not leaking all over. If you take care of it and its not all beat up or the engin is leaving puddles you should be fine. The only problem you will find is if your looking for a long time RV park i pay about 400 a month to park mine during the winter months do to not wanting to drive it in the snow i ended up finding a trailer park with a open space.

If you have a camping world in your area they can do a 45 point inspection for 229.00 and if you look on craigslist you can find some as low as $100 not sure if i would trust a stranger or someone of Craigslist.

Well i have gone and purchased the RV on Monday Nov 30th and started my RV life. I would post pic not sure how to do it on here. Its a 1988 Fleetwood Southwind 27 footer in really good shape the guy kept it in a garage unless its was being used. So far everything works except the cable hook up but that is no big thing. First thing i did was put insurance on it and drove it down and had 7 new tires put on 6 for the rv and one for the spare never know got to be save. Happy with my purchase just need to learn more about what i have and how everything works and i should be ready for anything. At this time living in a rv park in Oregon and its raining but still having a good time.
