    I found the valve, after messing up one wall. I had originally missed it when looking through a panel, I was so focused on the bathroom wall. Bought a borescope/inspection camera and traced ti back.
    Now on top of all that, come to find out after replacing, it is actually the valve on the toilet.

    Thank you for the advice, just have to get the new brackets now.
